Default Utec help

I'm trying to load one of the pre-made base maps from the TurboXS site to my Utec but for some reason the connection keeps timing out and the map never gets pushed. In addition to that I was looking though some of the other parmeters and in the open loop fuling section i noticed that i didnt have a line to tell the Utec what size injectors i was running i'm going to try to push the base map with another computer tomorrow after work and see if that will work. I did a bit or looking around on here and I dont think that its a cable issue, i've tried using the USB/USA cable as well as a USB/Serial cable with no luck so i'm lead to believe that its the laptop that i was using. any help is appresiated, the car has been out of comission for too long and this is the only thing that is holding my up from finishing it. thanks guys.

the injector size line is for an old version of the software. Turboxs just never updated the manual.

as for loading maps, not much help there. you can log into and edit your maps just fine? if you can do that, should be no reason why the upload is timing out. you are hitting the send/receive function in hyperterminal, correct?

weird it doesnt work. you just scale your injectors by reducing the amount of fuel in your fuel map. you do not input injector size anymore.
