2006 350z osiris tune results
Alright so I got a osiris tune over at hp logic in west palm beach on thursday. The dyno they use is a mustang dyno which reads less than dyno jets. My final numbers were 247whp and 205wtq. I gained six pounds of torque and 10 wheel hp. My mods are test pipes, y pipe, JWT pop charger and varis intake duct, nismo exhaust and JWT clutch and flywheel. I have a few questions about my results. My first question to you guys is if these are typically normal gains with an osiris tune with my mods on an DE 06? My second question is, are these decent numbers for a mustang dyno? And finally I have a friend with a 6sp 2007 350zhr with i/h/e and we always race for fun, I know its not smart but hear me out. He consistently beats me by a car length and a half just like he is suppose to, never more never less though. On thursday night I was very anxious to see if I could finally edge him out. And I was disappointed to see that I only stuck with him two seconds longer than I normally do before he pulled a car length and a half like he normally does. Should I be happy with these results? or does something sound wrong here? Thanks guys

Get the Motordyne Iso Thermal MREV2 & a motordyne spacer... retune it and i think youll be good. the REV up get's really good power from this combination. then youll be neck and neck with the amazing HR.

Alright, sounds goods I have though about the mrev2 and 5/16 spacer combo but ive heard it doesn't help the peak power only the mid range, which is nice to have for daily driving but idk I might do it later on down the road.
you should suprise him one day, take all your spare **** our of the back, and your pass seat, anything that has weight and is easily removable.. enjoy the win and then put it all back.

Not drag racing. You spend more time at 5500 rpm and more drag racing our cars. The stock manifold outflows the mrev2 and spacer setup from around 6k rpm and on where it really counts. In fact on a stock car the mrev2 with spacer was outflowed from 6200 rpm and on by nearly the same amount of hp under the curve at peak rpm. This can be confirmed by any motordyne dyno sheet on their website.
Just got my tune done at hp logic. Great job, Jack knows what he's doing and set me up.
I was wicked lean when we did baseline. but after he worked it I gained 11 hp and about 8lbs of torque. but the best thing is he got my a/f ratio way better 12.6 average.
Car runs great now.
mods are intake ,spacer and catback exhaust, still have stock cats which I think keep hp lower but thats cool.
