Default Will clearing codes undo Cipher flash?

Quick question guys.... I have a '03 Z with Vortech and Utec. Now I want to raise my idle to 900. A local shop has Cipher that is willing to help me out. But like many other FI guys I keep getting the P0300 code for multiple cylinder misfires. I have been clearing them via the pedal method and a handheld OBDII device. Since these are clearing the ECU.. would these undo the new idle flash? Thanks for the help!

misfire is a continuous monitor. There is no reason to shut it off. If you are really misfiring you want to know.

esp with a vortech, it is not normal to get 0300 often on a properly tuned vehicle

If they only raised the idle using cipher (not a true osiris flash) and depending on how you scan tool clears codes then yes you might lose the 900 rpms for idle. Plus i believe they can only raise it 200 rpm and stock is 650 so you might not get 900.

I have done a few osiris/utec tunes and they come out really good using the osiris trimmed in below boost and the utec in boost... Might just wanna get a nice trimmed in tune, disable any codes you need and you would be set.
