Well i got my car dyno tuned yesterday with the uprev software. its an 07 a/t . my only modification are art pipes, car feels great power delivery is very smooth , had the rev lmiter raised to 7200 rpm. my gas mileage also seems to have improved slightly.
my only gripe is i had my tuner clear the ses code but when i was driving home tonite the ses light came back on, he showed me how to clear codes using my laptop hopefully once i clear the code again this will be the end of it, that ses light drives me nuts lol.

i'm not even gonna try and pretend that i fully understand the aspects of tuning and even half the stuff on that dyno sheet, all i can say is that the car pulls a lot harder and runs much smoother after the tune and im happy with the results
Also in my car when i tried i have similar non-sense spike at very low rpm...

Simply doesn.t mind to that numbers under 2000rpm...
If he turned it off in the tune it will never come back on... Unless it was a different code

The ses light was cleared after the tune was complete, but i never wrote down the original code, the ses light came back on friday night. I'm probably not clearing the code correctly because it came back on yesterday after i cleared it on friday night using the uprev software , its a bank 1 sensor code .
When i plug in the adapter and then search fore error codes the cipher software finds the code and then when i click on clear codes, the system says no code found, then i detach the adapter and turn the car on the ses light then goes away.
I just have a feeling its gonna come back on in a day or two. I'v browsed briefly thru uprevs support page but did not find the steps to clear a code, i will have to call my tuner back.

So long as you tell cipher to pull the code when you're in both the ECU and the ABS section, you will get the report on screen as to what the code is, then you can click clear codes.
However, i'd be more interested in what the code is for, you say bank 1 sensor, which sensor? Current ART pipes should not throw any codes, you need to make sure it's not an upstream sensor.
Torque curve looks to be a problem with the fact it's an auto, they're not the easiest to dyno i would imagine.

yea, when the code comes back, make sure you read it before you delete it. i think you are assuming it is the same code as before, when it is likely that it is not. especially since you just got tuned. hopefully the car isnt over advanced and throwing a code for those types of reasons.

No ,its P2A00.a/f sensor circuit range /performance bank 1 sensor. So this is the same code i cleared on sunday and it resurfaced today
. so it looks like the cipher software will only temporarily clear the code after doing some research.
when clearing the code with cipher.the code is found i click on the clear code button and then get an attempting to clear code prompt.the system then says no code found, i detach the cipher cable turn the car on and then the ses light is off.
from what i've researched it looks like the cipher software only temp clears the ses light.

Yeah don't be so concerned with the code clearing, it merely resets the sysytems, it doesn't stop the faults causing them. Look at what the code means, that's important. See post above mine, you need to get that fixed!
