I lost one of my maps from my Uprev tune

I lost one of my maps from my Uprev tune
I'm gonna throw this one out there and see if anyone else has run into this.
A few months ago I was running down the highway and I switched over to my high octane map and the car lost all power including power steering. I double checked I had put it in the right map setting and the car wouldn't fire. After a few more tries I put it back into my normal high performance map. Car fired right up. I tried all the maps and all were there except the high octane map. I have tried reflashing the car and it gets about 80% of the way done and I get an error. Any ideas? What I'm afraid of is that I somehow lost the memory for that map slot.
