Default HR optimum A/F opinions

Curious to know what some of you who tune think is the optimum Air to Fuel for max power. My target A/F is 12.1 / 1 at WOT , I was always under the impression that 12.9-13.2 A/F is the ballpark for most efficient N/A power out of both DEs and HRs hell even VHRs.

So really my main question is , do you think I can get more power out of it by getting my target A/F to lean out a bit more up top?

*Not doubting my tuners knowledge by any means , the dude really knows his **** and the car feels amazing to drive

(copied from my thread in the HR sub-section)

08 350Z 6 speed
112K miles
Mods are K&N drop in filters
Test pipes with resonated Ypipe and Nismo exhaust
Made 290rwhp

Dyno was a Dynojet.
For reference my friends
05 Z with Rev up motor Dynoed right after mine and made 248whp with intake and catback exhaust, No tune.

My e-tune at WOT is working at about 12.7-12.8 A/F target.
And in logs it appears to get it quite well.
I'm using 100 octanes Italy gasoline (i think about 95 ron)
It depends also on other tune factors but usual target is that i think.

That sounds more normal to me, back like 2-3 years ago i had a base tune from uprev which was at around 13/1 it ran great but since it was so long ago im not sure if it feels better now.
At the time I had an injen cold air intake as well dynoed 315rwhp , regardless of peak numbers cant really compare that either since it was a mustang dyno as opposed to dynojet this time.
I should just do a datalog and send it to uprev to see what they .

Old dyno sheet from 2010 as mentioned before
mods were the same as now but with Injen long tube intakes and a base tune from uprev
Sorry its a bit messy , its been through a lot lol
Dyno was a Mustang Dyno
You can see max power was 314 max tq 273
Max A/F 14.2 (obviously early on in the run as you can tell on the graph)
Min A/F 12.6 which looks to be at about 5300RPM
Avg A/F 13.2 looks to be after 5800 - 7400 (end of graph)

Thats pretty rich. prolly go 1/2 point leaner for sure, but again that all depends on hard the tuner is leaning on the timing. You need to find out how close to MBT he is.
