Default Does a proper Osiris dyno tune include part throttle tuning?

I've got the basic bolt-ons other than headers (intake, plenum spacer, hfc's, exhaust). I don't have any plans to add any more to the engine in the near future, so it's time to get tuned. I intend to drive to R/T Tuning to get dyno tuned the right way. Will my tune include changes to part throttle also, or WOT only?

The main reason I ask relates to which version of Osiris to purchase. If dyno tuners make all necessary changes to part throttle, the standard version would serve my needs fine. If tuning isn't done to part throttle, what I would do is purchase the Tuner version of Osiris so I could datalog part throttle cruising and make small changes to part throttle maps based off the corrections the ecu was making. Of course I would still have R/T do the WOT tuning on the dyno. For the record, I have an 04.5, so I do have the wideband upstream o2 sensors for the purpose of datalogging afr.

I had Hondata in my RSX (I know, don't start) and was constantly "street tuning" it. I never did make it in for a proper WOT dyno tune, but I was able to dial in the afr quite well just by frequent datalogging and very small changes at a time. I'd like to do the same to the Z if part throttle tables aren't typically fixed on the dyno or at least at the pro tuners. I'm sure this question has been asked before, but extensive searching wouldn't turn up any on point results for me.

a proper tune should include every load cell.

of course, your expectations vs tuner's fees must be nailed down before the car is ever strapped to the dyno.

I am sure Vince goes thru the entire map.

Vince does the whole map. Slow pulls in 6th gear across each column.
