Default Osiris/Uprev E-tune vs UnichipQ tuner tune

Hey guys,

Had a UniQ unichip installed in my HR about a week ago and got it tuned by one of the local tuners.

Now, I'm considering changing to Uprev/Orisis, but my limited understanding of this is that you data log your driving, and then send them the data files for an e-tune which they mial you back to upload.

How does this the e-tunes compare to actual real world tuner-based dyno tuning for Osiris? There aren't any tuners for Uprev in my country afaik, so I would be limited to the E-tune method if I went with Uprev. That being said, I do not have a lot of confidence in the local Unichip tuners to be honest.

So basically I'm asking: Stick with UniQ that' is tunable by tuners and be at the mercy of the ability of local tuners to tune vs going with the E-tune Uprev as my tuning solution?

Go with the E-Tune if no one there knows how to tune UpRev I say from experience recently

I hear Vince@RTT is wicked but not sure if hes doing E-Tunes again yet he was too busy

Thats correct.

If you've got the money to redo it go with Uprev 100%. The capabilities are outstanding vs the unichip.. and the etunes will be just fine. You won't get every last hp possible... but it will be a noticable increase and at a minimum get the air/fuel ratio dialed in correctly
