Default AFR wb-b1 always to mutch high

why in the well my bank 1 is always high?
the bank 2 is smooth and stays in the target AFR but my bank 1 its always up and down.
I check the logs before and after fuel return system and is the same but just more accentuated.
What I’m doing wrong?
Is this big bank gaps normal?

vortech V3
injectors RC550
walbro + stage0 fuel return with rails at 6mm and sard RJ regulator

Not normal.... mine are about the same closed loop and no more than 0.5 different closed loop (driver side / bank 1 will always be leaner with the OEM plenum).
