So I got my cable and I'm ready to start setting up everything, I'm looking for my master ROM, my ECU part number is 23710-CD003, do I type in the type in CD003 in the master ROM spot?

 

you should just be able to connect in Rom Editor and it will let you download your base rom. you can edit that from there.

You have the tuners license on top of the cable, correct?

You cannot pull anything off your stock ECU, so make sure you write down which rom is loaded onto it. Otherwise is very easy to forget was flashed and what changes were made.
