Default Haltech PNP rebuild and no fuel

1. Twin CJM Fuel pump and Haltech ECU - 1000cc injectors and car runs super lean and wont even start ...

Car was running fine, then decided to upgrade to L19 studs and Comtec gasket.
New rev oil pump
Since getting it back it would feel when driving like instant fuel loss for a seconds or two and AFR would go high to 22 or more so i instantly back off the throttle.

It did this previous under boost when i had a paper 10 micron fuel filter with the twin CJM pumps. So found out the filter was blocked, that summit made a mistake with suggested it to me (they refunded me) and i replace it with a Aeromotive E85 compatible filter and all was good.

I did a throttle reset and still same issue, car barely started and idle was shaky but ok

I decided to re upload the map since car was off the road for 3 months
Now i cant even start the car and have it run for more than 10 seconds.
My Fuel pressure gauge sits at 70psi idle and when the car is splutting to stay alive with ARF reaching 20s like it was doing while driving back from the mechanics

Fuel tank was dumped, i tried some lucas E85 fuel additive initally when getting car back from mechanic but since it still did the hesitation leaning out thing i took it back and got new fuel.. Issue is still there, when cold it seem to run ok for the mechanic with his quick up and down the road test for on my way home ~ 5 km later it started to hesitate, now it wont start barely..

Its almost like MAP vacuum port is off, i check the TB and its on there so next ill check the ECU but guys any ideas??? I just spent $3200 getting the car back and i cant even drive it...

Today i inspected fuel basket (CJM) and its fine
Checked Aeromotive fuel filter to confirm it wasnt blocked
Check MAP vacuum line is going from haltech to TB
Checked Fuel Pressure regulator and boost gauge as vacuum lines to TB
Checked Both Cam sensor plugs
Checked TB plug
Made sure no leaks in IC pipes
Checked no fuel leaks
Checked Coil packs (new) were connected with right plugs

Apart from taking Plenum off and checking injectors and that area i looked at everything else.

Car sits at 11AFR idle and goes to 12-13 and Fuel pressure around 60-70psi, when driving AFR 14 then all of a sudden 20 and car jolts , i am not quick enough to watch oil pressure but its 35psi when no issues just cruising and i when jolting happens fuel pressure does not drop....

can you reduce teh fuel pressure at the regulator? the sintered filter in the twin pump return could be clogged.
