I created this a while back, but I just thought I'd share on this forum now. I know there is a good MAF tool out there currently, I was out to create a desktop version. I'm hoping that by posting the source here, someone will step in and make it better since I have other projects in my sights currently. Written in Java, so as long as you have the JRE downloaded it will work on Windows or Mac.

Currently the program only uses averages of a specific MAF voltage bin, which while definitely not the most optimal way to do things will still work decently well (it has for me so far). For required log parameters please look at the README file on github.

I haven't looked into programming in java before so not sure I can be much help at the moment. Just curious though, what is the primary purpose of the tool? Is it used to figure out initial adjusted values for aftermarket's MAFs or is it more of a tuning tool to be used with logging and reflash SW? If its the latter, what is the difference between this and just directly changing/adjusting table values?

 

Primary purpose is just to make MAF scaling more efficient across the board. The basic usage is that you upload a log file, and the program returns a list of suggested MAF value multiplier values based on your log file. For example, it might return at 1.09V a multiplier value of 1.08. So you just go into the MAF table, and at 1.09V you multiply the current value by the suggested multiplier. I've found this really speeds along the process of MAF scaling. It's not perfect by any means, but still much much faster than just eyeballing a log file.

Just downloaded this too, looks like a cool tool to use. Been trying to fix my MAF table values for my PMAS Sensor on my street tune.
