Both Osiris and Cipher are deprecated. Clean installations will not install these programs Everything is now done through the ROM Editor, soon to be renamed UpRev Tuning Suite as it will perform all functions.
I'm happy Dustin was able to help you out, I'm sorry for that inconvenience but it was necessary for reasons seymore4 mentioned
