Default Uprev and Virginia emissions

So I have looking around on here for a while, and have yet to find a definite answer. I'm hoping there are a few people on here that have experience with VA emissions.

Currently I have a Stillen CAI, Berk HFC, and a Gemini Dual exhaust. I am looking to get the car tuned soon. I currently don't have a check engine light on, and I pass VA emissions. Does anyone know if the tuning software will trip something?

Thanks!

Thanks! That's what I thought, just wanted to cover my bases and see if there was something I didn't know.
