Virginia Emissions
I couldnt find a recent thread, the only one i found was from 06. Is VA OBDII now. I have a TN kit with JIC exhaust and no cats and will be moving to VA at the end of the year.

The places that I go to around Fairfax only check for codes, no sniffer or visuals.
