Default ARC features now standard with Uprev

For anyone that hasn't heard, Uprev is now including the ARC (Advanced Racing Controls) features for free with every tune license. That means that for no additional charge everyone gets:

1) rolling anti lag
2) burnout mod
3) launch control (6MT only)
4) simplified timing (more advanced way to tune the ignition timing and necessary for certain "fun maps")

Basically a $100 discount for anyone who wants a tune in the future

If anyone has an unlocked copy of their rom and wants these turned on just shoot me a PM I'll do it no charge

I'm already tuned with Uprev and didn't get ARC when it rolled out. Not sure if you can answer this question, and probably something I should ask my tuner, but I'm curious if I get it retuned whether ARC features will get thrown in for free.

Fun maps. lol. Pops and bangs and flames for everyone!

As long as you're getting retuned then yes they should be free. No additional license is required to activate them anymore. Depending on who did your tune if it hasn't been too long they might activate them for free (I am).

That's cool. I haven't done anything upgrade-wise in a while and I was thinking about installing headers (even though everyone says they're not worth it with respect to price and labor), and maybe going to E85, because why not. I got it tuned by Soho back in 2018.

One ARC feature that I use when getting on the Z is the "flat pedal shifting"! Great option and easy to use, just keep 'er floored!

I usually never even use this one; have too much trouble with guys driving with a foot resting on the clutch and engaging it randomly... plus its quite hard on the clutch and somehow its the tuner's fault when you blow your clutch racing a mustang?

I don't use it often, but very nice to have if needed no doubt. You are right that it would be rough on the clutch. I don't see why guys would have any issue with foot resting on their clutch, you just hit the clutch quickly once or twice and you are done, the car rips!
