Parking in ATL, complicated, never

From what I understand you enter the deck and take your parking ticket just as normal then when you get onto the 3rd level you have to re-insert your ticket into another machine and it gives it back to you and grants you access to the higher levels.

This is so that your ticket is correct when you get ready to leave and you are charged the right rates since the upper levels are Marta parking and have different rates.

what bryan said is correct...I make it sound more complicated than it really is. The parking deck is a good deck even for lowered cars.

yes, rain isn't a problem for that place I think. According to AuburnZ:

"They have a parking deck which means we can look at cars regardless of the weather. As a note about the parking deck, no one really parks on level 2 (non marta floor) and no one really parks on levels 4 and 5 (marta floors). So there is lots of room where we can be together to look at cars while protected from rain (if necessary)."
