I posted this in the regional forum too - I forget to check that area of the forum sometimes so I figured I'd posted it here too.. If that's a no-no, seriously apologize... BUUUUUUT

My friend's shop was thinking about doing "Dyno Days" every other week or once a month at his shop (MA Motorsports in Baltimore)... Probably do specific makes per "event" like all BMWs one day and all Nissans (or all 350z's - depending on how specific we get) one day and so on.. Figure if we keep the cars specific, all 350z dudes could come, check out each others cars and talk shop..

Have people sign up for $75 for 3 pulls on the dyno.. I'm guessing we could only run about 10 or so cars a day.. So it'd be a first come - first serve sorta deal but it'd start around 10am and run through the day and people could come hang out, eat/drink, talk shop, run their cars/bring their friends, etc...

Let me know what you guys think.. Could be a good time + be a good reason for us Z guys (and girls) to hang out and see what our cars can do.

 

I have been to dyno days and they have not worked out well. A guy shows up with a dyno on a trailer. Took him 2 hours to get it working properly.

If you do set-up a dyno day just post the date and location. Members will show.

 

They have a Dyno in the shop, always setup and ready to go - so no toothless wonder to worry about taking forever to set something up. I'll find out when the Nissan/350z day will be and let you guys know
