No I was simply implying that some people enjoy alcohol more than others & if your that guy than staying anywhere but on site is a bad idea. Actually my point was more, DON'T drive at night under ANY influance if your smart.

We were pushing the limits pretty good at night & had we been the least bit slower on the reaction times who knows what may have happened.

 

Driving up there at night is no joke. The few runs that I made for supplies at night really made me gut check each time.

 

Damn it. Can't make it. This is the same weekend as the SCCA Solo Tour in NJ.

How far are you from Geln Allen (Richmond), VA? I'm heading that way early December, perhaps we can hook up and have a cold frosty adult beverage and I can change your mind about parking lot racing verses ZdayZ

 

I was just down there a few times in the past few weeks, but it is almost 3 hours (with no traffic.......not likely when I have to be on 95 for 125mi). I'd be in, but I rely on these events to offset costs (tires...).

 

I consider AutoX to be practice for the Dragon

 

Understand, I do my fair share of racing too. But I can garantee ZdayZ is the most fun you can have with your clothes on!

I'll shout at you once I see what the project schedule is when I get to Glen Allen.

Yes, AutoX is practice for the Dragon. Because the Dragon is harder than an autoX & the penalty for messing up is much greater. Im getting new tires first of the year, this years ZDayZ will be even more fun.
