Jeff, I'm interested in changing the springs. What's the difference between the RSR Down and Tein S springs for the 350Z? How much installed? Do I need an alignment after changing the springs? BTW I'm in the LA area.

I Pm'd you and yes you will need to get an alignment afterward probably in about 400-500 miles.
You need to let the springs settle first.
You should be able to bring the alignment back close to specs... The front suspension will have some negative camber which is unavoidable. The Rear will be able to bring back close to stock.
I took my car to West End Alignment in Gardena when I got my Eibachs they rock!!!
