After you PM the vendors you are interested in you will receive their response which will include a price.

You then find the lowest number.

That is the vendor with the lowest price.

Seriously, don't be so lazy. Most sites have prices posted, use that as a start then go through vendor forum and find what vendors sell the product you are looking for. PM ones you are interested in.
