Don't know exactly what he has but its really hard to judge that way because I use to beat my buddys Greddy TT Z when he was getting 416whp and 390lbs torque and I was only getting 370whp and 316lbs torque.
hahah that was awsome! We are about the same altitude & my bud in his PE1820 STi always whoops my ***, but i'm still N/A which is going to change in the near future 
Back when he had the stock turbo at stock boost w/ TBE Exhaust and pully we were exactly neck and neck (was the closest race I ever had). I can imagine how you'd pull on me w/ a SC and that STi was also pretty quick so I'd expect him to defiantely be modded modestly.
