Clarkson is an A$$ anyway. He hates the Z33 and probably did not even turn off the tcs. Not to mention he said that the new Z was "trounced by an '80 300zx" when it was a Z32 that won the race 1990-1996. He has no respect for our car or Nissan since the alliance with Renault (because its a French company).

Other than that the show is fun to watch.

 

Damn when did they film this? I have every single eps of Top Gear since 2002 and never saw this one

Agreed, that and the fact that it looked like nobody launched even close to the same time, and they all moved so lazily off the line, i don't think there was one tire chirp.

2007 Z is faster than the ZX , i raced one on the track and it has a cat -back everything else bone stock it was '96 with 14000 m original it sits in my neighbor's garage he drives it only on the weekend , and decided to chalenge my 07 Z enthusiast , so one sunday a week ago , we raced his time was 14,2 mine was 13,8 . When i looked at the him he was still next to me , but the time slip proves it(dont have it on my uploaded on my comp) so not an 07 ( my is bone stock too)

 

I think it was introduced in 89, I could be wrong though.

 

i think 1990 was the 1st year.
