Well, can't say i've seen this posted anywhere else surprisingly, so ya, here it is, the review by fifth gear (not to be confused with top gear, where jeremy clarkson HATES the Z) of the 07 Z... have to say that if your ever doubting why you bought your Z or trying to defend its purchase to friends that think you should have bought something with a better nameplate, welp, show them this..

They pretty much have zero bad to say about the car which is of course great to hear!! The only line i really challenge in the piece is regarding the Cayman.. they say the Z will out accelerate a Cayman.. i'm assuming they mean the base and not the S, since the S i'm imagining would beat the Z handily.. anyway.. IDK if its a repost but I watched it and it makes me wanna buy a new Z bc Im pretty sure ill never go FI bc its to risky and time consuming. Then again I might wait 4 the 09 Z that will have even more power!!

 

Cayman S and an 07 Z are very similar power

Awesome video. Did anybody notice the 03' track wheels on that thing and not the 18/19" set-up they provide us here?

 

Clarkson says he hates a lot of cars for the TV show. One minute he'll say he loves the F430 the next in a different episode he'll cut it up for various reasons. Thats why people like him because he is brutal. I love watching the show. Top Gear as a whole named the Z car of the year when it came out in England in 2007.

I wish they would do a review of the new Z. Sweet vid but 5th gear isn't as good of a show.

 

I kinda like the idea of the 2-3 shift at 70mph.

I hate having to 2-3 shift in my 04 short of 60mph.
