Long time no see man, congrats on getting built! Ive beaten 2 Z's with more power than me and 1 other with same power by a good amount. All tuned by Sharif compared on the same dyno. If driven right, the 3.3FD is not a weakness on the street, it actually brings out the weakness in other drivers. Example-as we are hitting the awesome powerband in 3rd, our competition is shifting to 4th falling back and so on....click the Z day vid in my sig to see the races at the end and to see what I mean

 

yeah, I saw that vids yesterday (good stuff) thats why I ask about it, is like getting the sweet spot rigth when you need it... your races remind me the ones I made with other Z's

P.S. Hopefully the injectors, fuel line and U-tech are getting install by next week... finally I'm gonna experience 550+ street machine, hehehe... but at the same time I wonder if that sweet spot is gonna be there.

 

Oh it will, your 4th and 5t hwill pull hard enough to out-pull similarly mod'd Z's to 160mph limiter...many thought eagletanggreen would pull me in 5th due to our final drives but that wasnt the case. Even when we switched cars my car pulled out at the top of 4th gear...both within 10whp on the same dyno. I look forward to your update, good luck with it all.

I do it because I want people to know that I have MUCH more left in this set-up.

For those that havent seen, I went back to the track with my old slicks and fine tuned some things. MUCH better but still had to let off at the top of 3rd! Ive destroyed mod'd C5 Z06's and many C6's but havent run into a C6 Z06. It will happen one day...

 

Make sure you get a computer generated video of that race

Been there, done that... with only 463 whp (back when I have Stock Internals) run with two C6 Z06, one of them have chip and intake and we run Basicly Head to Head, the other one was Stock and I won by 2 1/2 cars

You will kill any C6 Z06 with bolt-ons or stock... but becareful with the ones with a little Spray on the side. lol
