Are the cops gonna use his car as unmarked now? But I guess only if he was street racing.

 

Its hard to determine what happened from the video. Evidently the driver tried to bump the officer out of the way and off sceen shots were fired.

 

Damn!! Sounded like the Z driver was shooting at the cops..

I feel cheated the title said "police kill 350z driver". Where is the head shot & the blood????

 

The Officer should have used common sense, and not stand in front of the car. The driver of the Z also went slowly, as not to hurt the Officer.

The driver of Z was obviously not thinking clearly either, but I am not sure it warranted deadly force. I would need more information, like is this someone who has shot someone, or is more of a threat to society if he got away, etc.

If this is a traffic violation, or non forcible felony that escalated to this point, I think the Officer should have moved out of the way, as it didn't appear his life was in danger to me.
