Dude, you're in cali, just call GTM. They have everything needed to turbo your car and are an awesome shop.
If you want to talk to performance factory they are doing the car down here, I'm sure that any of the major shops on here could do it though, like everyone else said.
2 hurdles:
1. Wiring in a tuning device (doable just a PITA)
2. Intercooler piping and a new intercooler setup (if you ***** about this as a shop you just suck)
Nothing tricky here....
