07 350z tune up
what kind of service does the z need after 30,000 miles i have a new tranny and i just replaced oil now im wondering is it better to buy our own fluids or take it to dealer to get it all flushed out and have them use oem products

Brakes and Traction Control (S) Notes
Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months whichever occurs first. Inspect: Brake Pads, Rotors, Drums and Linings.
Cruise Control Vacuum Hose (S) Notes
Perform at mileage interval or every 12 months whichever occurs first.
Evaporative Emissions Hose (E) Notes
Perform at mileage interval or every 24 months whichever occurs first.
Exhaust System (S) Notes
Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months whichever occurs first.
Fluid - A/T (S) Notes
Perform at mileage interval or every 12 months whichever occurs first. If towing a trailer, using a car-top carrier, or driving on rough or muddy roads, replace the fluid/oil every 30,000 miles or 24 months whichever comes first.

Under normal conditions there is no reason to worry about fluids (other than oil) until 60k.

in other words, not much :P
check your fluids, you know what your brakes/tires are like, you know how your clutch feels, check the air filter, there is no fuel filter to replace, change the oil and call it a day
im surprised how little maintenance the Z needs, there's really not much
this is the first car i owned that you don't need to replace a fuel filter... i was a bit confused about that. everything ive read said you dont need to replace the fuel filter, and i asked a parts guy at nissan and he told me the same thing. i think it's built into something that may need servicing eventually, but not until after 60k

Guys, did anyone look at the manual???
How about diferential fluid replacement, coolant replacement, manual transmission oil replacement? check the color of you brake fluid (should be clear or light brown, not black) check belts and replace if cracked - check interior part of tires (uneven tire wear) lubricate locks and hinges...
