If you get headers from the DE you have to get an 06 and below cat/test pipe

Yes, headers alone won't fit with stock test pipes. But if you run the '06 headers with '06 test pipes they will fit just fine.

Floridaboy,

Actually with the setup you just asked about will work. 06 headers with 06 test pipes will work fine.

They wont work individually as the flange that connects the header to the test pipes is different on the 07. So, when you use and the older header and the older test pipe, it works.

Those who have the DE header/test pipe setup on the HR, were there any noticable performance increases? I've read mixed emotions on folks frowning on the use of DE tuned specific parts on the HR engine. I'm considering doing one if there are proven gains.

immu2dis... i did notice a difference when the headers and cats were installed- i still had the stock exhaust on at that time. once i got the short rams and full exhaust i noticed a HUGE difference in immediate throttle reaction. and it sounds sick!
