Default Recall problems?

So my Z is back at nissan for the third time regarding the recall/slave issue. The recall work itself, then the first return after I found i was leaking clutch fluid (into the tranny im 99%sure about) and then today for the third time when it was still leaking, at about a whole filling every 2-3 days. the service manager and sales manager are being very upfront and trying to get it resolved. None the less, Im not putting up with a vehicle that appears to be a lemon. Being as its the 3rd time in, and that the tranny is starting to have alittle vibration (grinding) when changing gears, should i demand simply a new tranny, or ask them to buy back/replace the car according to law? I figure the tranny has some internal damage, but i dont think its enough to pose any serious problem down the road.

Anyone else having leaking issues?

What should I do, discuss...

Mike

I would have the tranny replaced. Unless they are willing to give you a new 08.

I just had the recall work done and they also replaced the transmission at the same time due to some finicky synchros. If yours is having issues and it's still under warranty, I don't see any reason why they wouldn't replace the tranny under warranty?

well yes im trying to sell the spec.. you want it? alittle over 500whp and a new paintjob, new seats, new headliner.... !!!!! Well, just talked to nissan, they replaced the fuelpump/canister... i take it is a single unit, and they said something wasnt torqued down enough, thats why i was leaking clutch fluid... still havnt mentioned where it was leaking to though.
