more noise can give the illusion of more power. the fact remain that even if it did add power (lets just say 5whp for arguments sake), you would have to have the most sensitive *** in the world to be able to feel that difference

i have HFC, and a good exhaust.
i found a crazy deal on nismo ( intake ) on e-bay, and i gave in .... the fitment is a + and i think there is more pull on top. i also believe that exhaust has to be done first. i may be wrong , but i think if it moves more air out, it can also take more in... i will dyno sometime this month to see what i got.

Keep the Fujitas, as they look great! Since the other intakes aren't going to do much for you it wouldn't make much sense financially to swap to another one.

If you don't like the way the Fujitas look now and still want to try another brand, I CALL DIBS!!!

^ Oh I think they look great. Im just saying that if another company makes some that make a decent hp increase than I may switch. But as of now Im loving them. I love to get on the interstate now.

I went back to stock intakes over the weekend and went out to do some spirited driving and I noticed the car picked up a little better from a stop. Also what I really like is the fact the gas mileage went up to about 19-20mpg from 17-18. The intakes do look sick under the hood and sound mean as hell but my priorities are on maximizing power right now. So you cant go wrong it just really depends on what your looking for. As for me K+Ns on the way!

Yea like I said, Ill hold on to these until the Injens come out. They look like they may have found the better solution to getting cold air. I love the sound too much now to give them up.

I like the look of the black ALOT.
That is by far the best looking ones out so far.

Glad you like them, good luck with the car

Yeah, I have to admit those black ones look really nice. Oh well, that's what you get for jumping on the first version that comes out.

The finish is completely different from nismo and fujita. Fujita is a texture wrinkle back, while nismo is gloss painted. ^ And yes AEM and nismo are indentical.

On another note, the wrinkle black looks way better than polished silver.

i like the black too, but i also like the polished, cept for if a cop pulls me over he might like that enough to give me a nice fix it ticket. ya those tubes on the side of the engine were not fun to match up, mine looks exactly like yours.

They seem to be holding up ok though. I have not had to adjust anything since I installed them. Still rocking them for now. They sound even better now with the hks exhaust.

Are you happy with them? I currently have JWT Popcharger and I have been planing on switching to Fujitas. They look so AWESOME and I like the fact that you dont have to oiled the Fujitas because they are silicone based.

Any clips?
