Default loss in pressure at clutch pedal

I took my Z into the dealer yesterday to resolve a loss in pressure at the clutch. pumping it seems to bring pressure back, but "pumping my clutch" should not be part of the driving expierence. My VIN was not part of the recall.

The dealer called me and indicated they see a problem, and will pull the tranny to diagnose it today.

Any advice would be welcome.

I just tell them what the problem is and let them figure it out. It's a problem with the car that's covered under warranty so as far as I'm concerned I have a broken car and they need to fix it.

I got my Z back Today. I am very pleased with the results. The clutch feels better than ever and seems faster as well. Shifting into 5th is different. It's so different that at first i thought i thought i lost 5th & 6th gear. Now i realize I no longer have to push all the way over to the right than up for 5th. All in all the car drives better and is more responsive than before. Nissan in scottsdale on mcdowell did a good job.
