hopefully all goes well and this kit can put down some power cuz it is more affortable then the TT route for sure!!!

i can imagine that prototyping the mounting bracket will be very time consuming. given the slow turn around one sees from any tuner shop, i'd expect the donor to be out of a car for at least 5 -6 months.
good luck! Since its a custom kit are you using an E series blower that has a 65k impeller speed. We are overspinning the S series blower at 6500 rpms with a 2.87 pulley.
