Nope, they just relocated the tube that was hitting so Ithink it would alter the performance +/- a very small margain.

Gains and a lot of good info in here....https://my350z.com/forum/vq35hr/3807...o-results.html

Up to date Price is on Stillen.com

Price of installation varies from shops and reputation of the shops. I've heard of people getting them in for about 250 but average is 450-550 for a good shop.

Good luck

So Stillen has improved the design for ease of install? I read someplace that another member still had issues with clearance even with the new headers?! I am considering doing the work myself. Take it to a friends shop and install my Crawford HFC's, HKS Ti True Dual exhaust and possibly pick up these headers and just bang it all out in a day.

So just looking for alittle info before spending my day running for parts.

Thanks

Ease of install hasn't changed, but they moved over one of the pipes so they would gain clearance with the stering knuckle. And if another member said he was having trouble with the Version 3 Stillen Headers clearing the stering knuckle then he did not have the V3, but most likely the V2. I myself, have checked out the amount of room bewteen the headers and the knuckle on the V1,V2, and V3 and the V3 has more than enough clearance. After pushing the car to the absolute limit in the cayons and not hitting the knuckle then I conclude they are ready for you to buy and install. Great part, nice performance gains. Get em and you'll love em

I'd also be interested in seeing another dyno, can't hurt.

And congrats on the 420

Well, I got everything on. The headers came on Tuesday. Already had the cats and the mufflers earlier. I put 2.25" corsas on it as true dual. Had the pipes bent custom. Did it all at once. It ended up really loud! Much louder than I expected. Sounds good, but I'm hoping it will mellow out a bit as it breaks in. The added power is definitely there though, and definitely worth the money seeing as how the headers are so cheap right now. Acceleration at higher speeds seems much improved to me. We'll see about a dyno. I've never done one before. How much does a shop usually charge you for it?

Good news man. Good to hear you like the power

Dynos can range from $50(dyno days) up to $115(Stillen or otehr very well known companies). But a good average I woudl say is around $80.
