Default HKS exhaust w/ what cat deletes?

I want my exhaust note to be a little more aggressive... and plus i always like additional power . That being said, who here has an hks exhaust w/ cat deletes that you would recommend? I would prefer no rasp. No emissions to pass, so not worried about that. Also, anyone selling theirs for the HR or know someone who is? Thanks in advance for all comments.

your gonna get major rasp with test pipes but it will sound louder and more aggresive if you really dont like rasp i suggest some hi flow cats...oh yeaaa btw all hks exhaust fits the HR Z's......its the test pipes and high flow cats that have to be HR specific unless you swapped the HR headers for DE headers

P.S......check the classifieds for an hks exhaust their everywhere and if not be patient there will be some

I actually prefer the sound of the HKS mated to test pipes rather than HFCs.

HFCs make it sound weird. Most compare the sound to that of a Cessna airplane.

I have the hks exhaust with berk test pipes, the sound is amazing, i have a video of it from my phone, but the quality sucks cuz its a phone. But the sound is literally amazing. I go to parking garages just to hear my exhaust in 1st gear, skeet in my pants everytime too. It rasps only when you floor it, when you drive normal there is no rasp.

dont mean to thread jack here, but im looking as well...would u say it gives the Z a more raw sound...raw meaning like a hallow sound, (ex. straight pipe porsche or nsx)

i know i cant duplicate the sound of the porsche and nsx, but at least something similar

its that specific raw tone im looking for, right now im on nismo catback with berk HFC. much louder, but falling short of what i was looking for.

Well the nismo exhaust tends to have a high pitched ferrari sound to it, the HKS with the BERK's isnt deep or high pitched, its right in the middle. And it seriously simpl sounds amazing. And yea, the CEL comes on after about 175miles, But thats with any test pipes for our HR's. I could take a video on my phone, but its not gonna sound as good as it sounds in real life
