Default Weird Idling problem.

Okay, here's the story.
My engine idles really high for some odd reason and I can't find the problem. (After the engine is warm and running, not from a cold start)

I know for a fact it's not from my tune, I know this because I used to have Nismo intakes and the idle was perfectly normal at 500-600 rpms, however, I then installed the injen's and it immediately shot up to 1000 rpm idles right after I installed them. I ignored it. However, After a month or so later I got fed up with the high idling and I re-adjusted the intakes and basically re-installed them. It started idling normal again! I was like okay, cool.

So it was normal for about another month. Then last week I was down at a car meet in Miami and raced a couple cars, then i noticed that it was acting up again! -steady at 1000 rpm idles and it's even worse now. Sometimes at idle the RPM's will shoot up and down from 900-1200 Rpms, just going up and down, up and down, then it'll stay at about 1000 rpms again. Weird as fu**, I know. I tried cleaning the MAF sensors, cleaning the air filters, checked the breather tubes for the intakes, etc. I tried re-installing the intakes since that worked last time, but it sure didnt work this time. I even tried changing my oil and I know its not the gas since I use chevron 93 only. I'm clueless. Help? I want your opinions, This high idling situation is destroying my gas mileage.

Sounds like a vacuum leak or air leak problem. Check your intake tubes are they rubbing any part of the car? If they were in contact with any metal in the engine bay, that contact point will bore a hole and leak unwanted air. Also the Injens don't come with hose clamps for those tubes going into the sides of the intakes and that could be leaking air between the throttle bodies and the MAF sensors, causing irratic idle.
