Default code: P2a03. HELP!!!!!!!!!

I have an 06 350z. This morning while I was on my to work driving about 50 mph the SES light came on. I had pepboys retrieved the code and it came out to be p2a03.

The car seems to be running perfectly fine but before the light came on I've noticed that the car has been consuming more gas than usual.

this is my set up:
JWT popcharger
motordyne spacer 5/16
berk HFC
full cat back NISMO exhaust
grounding kit.

I've had the HFC on for almost 3 months now. I don't know if that is the case that trigger the light to come on.

I am new to all this. Any help would be greatly aprreciated.
Thanks in advance

same thing happened to me but different code. heres what you do, go to autozone and have them obd2 scan your car. then they will print out what the code means for example my code was because of my throttle body, it told me on there print out.

go to autozone and find out the general issue.

and stop being lazy and do a little research

I've been doing research all day yesterday.
By the way my warranty had just expired.
The code says: 02 sensor circuit range performance bank 2 sensor.

Is this covered under emmission warranty? Dealer said emmission is only upto 3 yrs or 36000'.

The same code just popped up for me along with my SES light today. I also went to Auto Zone to get it checked and got the same P2A03 code.
I have the Motordyne 5/16 plenum spaver, mRev2, stillen airbox, nismo exhaust, and berk hfc also. I've had these mods for about a year. If I really have to remove the plenum spacer to get the dealership to check it out, that's going to be hassle.

Just noticed this is also under the VQ35HR section, why when you have the 06 model OP? I also have an 06.

On a side note, the same code has come up for me about 2 years ago when I only had a popcharger. I just unplugged the negative terminal on my battery and it worked fine the next day. I guess I'll try that again.

I advise you guys to get your *** under the car and visually inspect the cats. Sometime they crack with Nismo exhausts..

Here's the scoop. a warranty can't be voided because you modded the car.

However, the portion of the warranty as it relates to what you have done to modify the car CAN affect if the manufacturer will honor the warranty as it relates to that issue if your modification created the issue.

It's the magnusson-moss act.

Here's a linkie.

That code refers to your primary O2 sensor, the one in the header.

Check, and double check to make sure you don't have any intake leaks. One of toughest CEL lights we've ever had to diagnose was due to an errant intake install.

Just shoot us an email and we can bounce some ideas off eachother.

I have inspected everything, no leaks. Cats and exhaust are in excellent shape. The on ly thing I have yet to do is replacing the sensor. The stealership told me that each sensor is abt 200. How do I check if the sensor is really ba or should I go ahead and replace it?
Any advice?

Thanks
