Of those who have purchased the dual CAIs for their HRs where have you purchased them online and how much did you pay? Everything I am seeing is about 500 bucks. Also did anyone who bought them do a DIY install and if so how much of a PITA was it?

I went through Kyle(Houston)

You have to remove front bumper and relocate the horn. Instructions are straight forward, but i didn't do it myself so my input may not be what you are looking for. I did supervise the work though

Thats cool, I may just take a look at the instructions to figure out whether to DIY or get it installed. You happy with the results?

You know which vendor in particular had it for that price?

The website is going to say $425 but it is not generating shipping to HI only the 48 connective states.

We will honor pricing at the time of processing.
Hope this help...

Install was very straight forward. Took about 1.5 hours including bumper removal and taking my time. Make sure that none of the clamps are tight until your completely done, this will allow you to position everything correctly without fighting it.

+1 same thing here and make sure the passenger side throttle body pipe is pressed all the way against the throttle body. If it is not, when the engine torques during acceleration it will hit the strut bar.

Thats good to know. Can save myself 100-150 in labor. Those Fujita intakes werent bad at all with the exception of the driver's side air scoop so the toughest part for me will be removing the bumper for the first time.

If I had a scanner I would post up the instructions.

I hope after my tune I am. I have the Berk HFC and I just took the HKS exhaust off. Just need a Greddy TD Exhaust so I can get my tune.

I wish I would have done dynos in between each mod.

Only thing I have to say is when you take the bumper off, there is going to be screws everywhere. Different sizes and colors too, just remember where they go . I had a couple leftover screws and I couldn't figure out where they went, lol. good luck!

That sucks. I may have to just be very organized taking it all apart. I dont want any annoying rattles and or vibrations from the bumper not being fully secured. Thanks for the warning!

The bumper is very easy to take off. There is a DIY thread here that helped me with the location of the screws and bolts. But its pretty much like this:

1. Take of the bolts across the bottom of the bumper.
2. Either take off your two front wheels or turn them to access the 2 clips, and one screw holding the fender liner.
3. Pull back the fender liner and take out the 2 screws holding the bumper to the fender, along with the one bolt holding the support bracket. (Each side)
4. Then take off the clips across the front under the hood.

That's about it.

bought my Injens from a member here for $350 BNIB. read the directions. took me about 2 hours. not that hard just the bumper and relcating the horn was the only problem, if i would call it a problem. good luck.
