depends on the baseline, depends how "safe" the tune is, depends on the temperature/humidity of that day, depends on the quality of the fuel he has in the tank...
if he was around 260 on the baseline he's doing good.
IMHO.
What was the weather like for his pull vs your pull.
I've found at the drag strip that our cars are a LOT slower (less power) above about 75 degrees. If I remember reading right, our ECU only pulls timing, doesn't add, so if its hot enough that your engine pulled timing, that could explain it.
Even though they were dyno'd on different days, their are multiple issues that can occur when tuning on different days such as temperature, humidity, types of gas used, old/new gas. Temperature on parts also play a big role as different coating's can retain or release heat differently causing your WHP to drop or rise. It is possible you have a leak... or the parts aren't installed correctly.
Other questions: What was your Air Fuel? Do you have CEL on? How many times did they dyno your car - Its possible your car was really hot.
No. I did the Injen Intakes, AAM HFC's, and an Ark exhaust first. Then I had them pull the Ark exhaust and install a Bassani and they did the headers as well (about a month later). The tune was done last at least a week or so after the Bassani and headers.

Yes, it was probably a lot cooler when that other car was dyno'ed. My car was done on a hotter day.
