Thank you, It looks like there's always one more item to add to an already long list of things to get.

I know how you feel about that. It's almost like every day I see something I want to add to the car.

I painted my fluid covers and engine cover surround in Carbon silver to match the car, then the center cover in blue to match the fluid bottle covers, but the final colors didn't turn out as expected. Might have to redo the color scheme. The plan was to get samco and Cobb Intake hoses in blue to accentuate the blue cover.

I got the red samco hoses in yesterday, the red python clamps a week ago ( bought used from another member here ). The stillen red engine damper and zee toys caps on their way in and the gallery bolts on back order for two to three weeks. By next week I should have enough parts here to continue working on my engine dress up project.

That looks great, you should do it. BTW, where can I get rubber hoses? The black OEM rubber hoses are the only ones that really get on my nerves.

Great idea. I'd like to do the same thing but I get caught in the rain every once in awhile so it might not be an option. If you could close the vents then I'd be all for it. Let me know how yours turns out if you decide to go through with it...

when opening holes in your hood to make vents you will have to clean your engine alot more due to pollen, ect.... But i'd still do it if I wasn't lazy.

Thought it was time to update since I added some SAMCO hoses and messed around with my ARC Cooling plate.
