Now thats very tempting for the price!... To bad GTM isn't on the east coast but I have a shop that could handle the install & tune with ease. Hmmmm
What size pulley are they using to produce 8 psi of boost and will there be smaller pulleys available? I'd like to be in the high 400 for WHP! Any chance the TQ #'s can be increased? I understand you have much higher TQ #'s with snails but wow they seem kinda on the low side. But seriously.... Nice #'s Sam
Job well done. I'll have to get an install quote this spring.
Link to the build thread? I'm being lazy. I can always search later. lol
Zim
If i remember correctly, GTM has stated their base kit is good up to 500 WHP. I personally daily drive my car so i would keep it at 400 for reliability.

The SC kit looks like an easy DIY install. I'd use the GTM tune just to get it to the tuner though. Hopefully they release the tuner kit soon.

Post up some detailed pics!.. My car isn't a DD so 485+ HP is fine by me. I drive my car 3000-4000 miles a year. Its just a summer toy that comes out on sunny weekends.

This. Also, how long does the "introductory price" last for? I'll be buying by summer, so any input is appreciated.

2 Filters? Like as in for 2 different intakes .. the HR has dual intakes, kind of hoping thats not what you were asking.

I suspect he realizes this.. there is only 1 intake on the SC which is probably why he's asking why 2 filters.

2 Filters? Like as in for 1 supercharger inlet .. the HR has dual intakes driven by one supercharger on this setup, which Y's out at the FMIC.

Yes. One supercharger but two filters. The MAFs are located after the supercharger.
