I would probably use header wrap as well, but I wouldn't wrap it unless I was at a auto x event or running my car at the strip, where it could use it. And thanks everyone for the comments!

Hey guys, thinking about sending out my intakes to have them mass produced (it would take wayyyy too long to make them all myself.) would you guys be interested? and what would be the price you guys would be willing to pay for intakes like mine.

I'd be down, but you need before and after dynos before anyone would think about buying them. We're here for gains.

I'll get a hold of some stock air boxes to put on my car, and go to specialty Z to the Dyno see what kind of numbers we get.

nope my plan is to crush the competition. I do Custom fabrication and Installs for a Living. my intakes won't be anywhere near the 500$ range. that's just rediculous IMO

I just confirmed an Appoiment with Sebastian over at Specialty Z. for the 21st. I Might be Just getting it tuned there and then. haha but locked down some stock airboxes. so if the gains are worth it. and you guys like it. I can run a small production myself. and if you guys like the fitment and looks. I'll have the entire intake system replicated.

Thats true it keeps heat in, but it will keep heat out also. After a long drive i could touch a spot thats not covered and a spot covered. Covered spot will be cool, the other is hot. Though there is better stuff to use.

completly forgot to update the thread. I went to Specialty Z May 21st to get her on the Dyno. once we strapped her down and did a first pull we found out the car was running wayyyyy too lean and cut her off early. I had to get her tuned and with the amount of time we had in our hands it was not enough to swap out intakes 3 times. I will be going back soon and hopefully getting the testing out of the way. for you guys. you can see on my Dyno Thread that my car put down 293.84RWHP without Headers, Just Intakes, Testpipes, and Greddy Evo 2.

What did you use for the sensor portion of the intake (the black part). Did you cut the factory piece, or is that from another car?
