Also your estimate was at least reasonable and you used intelligence and some knowledge to come up with it. One of the many things ojiggyo and lakeside lacked.

The 1,000 hp barrier is a tough one. Just like that 200mph barrier (which we plan to go after as well). We will NOT run out of fuel pump this time and have plenty of line for fuel to reach the rails. To be more specific, we have a -12 feed line to the fuel pump, then 2 -8 lines running to the rails, then a -8 return.

I can't wait for tomorrow!!!!

Way back in the day we used to run 60-1's on high hp hondas and they really ran out of breath in the high 400's-low 500's. It wouldn't shock me if you broke 1000 in the least, but I tried to play it a bit conservative with my guesstimate. My guess is 950 will come somewhat easily, but the next 50-100whp will come a bit more slowly.

That's about right, the only difference is that we have much more displacement than the honda. Like they say "There's no replacement for displacement".

I was at S&R last night till 2am finishing up the fuel system and started concidering what to do if we hit 1150 - 1200 and the motor is screaming for more. My opinion was if we get it that high and we feel it's got another couple hundred left in it, we need to concider trying to get higher.

We have a few months before the next race season anyway and if hitting 1,400 was possible, we should attempt it.

I know it's probably a long shot but we are making power so easily, I have to wonder.

I think the biggest shock was when we did 575rwhp on pump, at 8.5 PSI.

I agree that once it gets to around 1,000 it may end up being a slow journey from there.

Before you get carried away with horsepower you really need to stay focused on your primary mission with the car.....time trials. You are really going to sacrifice power band to hit numbers like 1400.....you are going to need something like twin 6765's to get that kind of numbers at a minimum.

I think you are misunderstanding. We wont use anything over 650 or so at the track. I am talking about just for a glory number. If we put larger turbos on, it would only be to hit the number than switch back to the current turbos.

No..I'm not, but I don't see the point of a swapping turbos for a number that has no practical relevance. Again...not my car....just my opinion.

Also, what have you done in terms of safety? I assume that you are going to be running with NASA TT now that redline has decided not to return to the east coast? At 650 you are going to be in TTU.......any thought to lowering the power even more and running TTS?

People do things to "raise the bar" and this would be the reason we do it. It's the same thing we are already doing. We are going to hit a number that is nearly double what I will be using.

As far as safety, we still have to put the cage in, the fire suppression system, traction control, cool suit system, seats, steering wheel, fuel cell and put it on a diet. I am sure I am forgetting a few things but you vet the idea.

I am kind of glad Redline has pulled off from the east coast because now I can do some other things I once was unable to do before without getting bumped to unlimited class like the suspension. The Tein SRC's that were put on because Redline rules were if you used anything more than a 2 way adjustable, you got bumped to unlimited.

We still have a bit to go but the hard work is done which is excited.

If I knew then, what I know now, I wouldn't have wasted the money buying the NISMO soley because of the limited options for the HR motor. I would have just got a rolling chassis and built a Rev-up motor.

If money were not a question and you plan to run TTU....I'd swap over to JRZ, Moton, AST, etc 2 or 3 way....grab an assortment of hypercoil/eibach springs and go test which works best for you. It never hurts to have a variety of springs either....

It's definately funny that ojiggyo states I have no clue yet we did 803 rwhp on only 15PSI. Looks like ojiggyo doesn't have a clue, as I knew.

People that had no knowledge decided to tell me what would or would not happen. I am so happy I can now ram in up their a$$ and publicly inform everyone that they don't know ****.

Their advice is worthless and they should be banned from giving advice on these forums.

We will be doing the big number tomorrow.
We'll see what you do with this car. I said you'd make 800whp. Congrats on hitting it. And no I dont think you have a clue, S&R looks like they do. But you, no.

ojiggyo, you have already put your foot in your mouth a few times. Do you want me to point out every big of poo that came from your mouth?

Your an ignorant person that likes to give advice and/make statement on things you know nothing about. Your lack of intelligence is your problem. Your need for socializing over the Internet along with your need for people to like you has now caught up with you.

You have been proven wrong, as I stated before that you were, yet you come back and still say that I don't have a clue? Your a complete moron and now is the time to admit it. Be a ****!ng man and tell everyone you were wrong.......

You sound like a whiney little kid, seriously. I still think your an idiot with a lot of money. Which you are. You have a lot of knowledge on videogames and Forza. None on cars.

As for me having no knowledge on cars. Ask the dozens of people on this site who I've helped with their cars. Or maybe I should show you my PM box of a maintinence question "daily" from people who I dont even know. How about my resume for how long I've worked on cars?

So what? I guessed 750-800whp and your making more. Congrats to you, Keep crying like a little ***** because I made a comment to you.

You still have prooved NOTHING, except that S&R can do great work on a huge build. Congrats to them for having a good crew and a good idiot with endless pockets.

Exactly what do you want to be congratulated on?

Oh I got it. Congrats on your website, you seem to make a lot of money and live a good life.

+1

Well put.. If it wasn't for the "I'm better then everyone else" or the "I'm more knowlegeable and experienced then all you idiots here" attitude you would be recieving alot more props! But instead as 0jiggy0 states, your just an idiot or I'll say "BIG SHOT" with to much "BLOODY MONEY"! Maybe if you stop talking down to members here you will be more welcomed into the community... But hey I could be wrong.. A douch bag is still a douch bag...

come on, folks. I think that we're all grown up enough to just agree to disagree on some things. There is still work to be done on the car. The overall number is a real hunt for pride but there are companies (sponsors) that have helped out a lot in this build and part of the hunt for the HP is to stroke their ego, too. Chasing a record is always hard work, VERY time consuming and EXPENSIVE. Colin (Gamermodz) has a real passion for this build and has never said back and just said "here's a check", he's been very involved in the process and we're very glad to be able to be a part of this awesome build.

We'll get over 1000whp with room to grow and then work on the rest of the car in preparation for the coming race season. She's going to be a BEAST!

I'm a big fan of interaction like this and I appreciate the positive comments about S&R, we work very hard to do good work and It's priceless to see people acknowledge that.

Thanks for the space

I'm glad this is the kinda of customer you support and is associated with your business reputation.

Pretty good way of detracting from a nice build to focusing on the immaturity of the owner.

i have watched this build since day one.... in person.. I have personally had a lot of work done by SR. The owners are great people and will do everything they can to help you and your project. The mechanics there are also top notch admitting to faults and re doing their work. So nothing negative should be or will be said about the shop...

All the negativity goes towards the owner of the car. Who in the beginning was a modest decent guy. Once he started the build he then became a jerk and thinks he is the greatest thing since sliced bread. When in all reality no matter how awesome of a car he has is and will always be a ........ bag. I am sure he will respond to this calling every one internet thugs and how he could careless what we say. In all reality if he didn't care then he wouldn't keep coming back on the board to talk about how awesome he is.

Once again nothing against the shop .... or the owners they are great people and do amazing work.

BTW. arent these numbers on a dynojet ? So doing the math for this being on a mustang dyno... which is rougly 15% less that would put you at 799rwhp ... which is still a crazy big hp number ....

Anyone that can come in here and say that "I think I am better than anyone" or "thinks it's wrong to bash the people I have" has obviously not seen all the threads these idiots have bashed me and this build.

I waited until this build was finished and it started putting up the numbers before coming down on them. They deserve to be bashed for their ignorance and I stand by that. They made claims, accusations and assumptions without the knowledge to do so.

Your ****ing right I bashed them, proved them wrong, held them accountable to all the crap that spewed from their mouth over the past year.

Matter of fact, to anyone that backs lakeside, ojiggyo and the other dumbasses who bashed me and this build over the past year, you are no different than them.

Think what you want to think, you would have done the same thing or maybe I just don't have a tolerance for stupid people.
