I have two questions

1. Does VQ35DE and VQ35HR use the same piston?

2. Can I use HR crankshaft, HR rods and DE pistons in HR motor?

1: no the pistons are differnt the HR motor from the factory uses an asymmetrical piston design

2: Don't know you would need to verify many piston specifics such as pin height, pin diameter, piston diameter, etc to ensure that they match.
