Default swapping out

so i am in the hunt to swap out my automatic tranny to make my 05 350z manual. It is right now a 5spd automatic i would like to switch to a 6spd manual. I tried finding on the forums for a possible trade that looked good, so that i didnt have to spend so much, but have not had any luck. I was looking to just go to a junkyard and buy all the parts needed. With that being said i was wondering if i could get a full list of all the parts needed to switch from a automatic to manual. Also if anyone out there knows someone looking to trade a manual for automatic (why would they though!) send them my way!

That's probably not worth the money/headaches. Either sell your car and buy a manual one or just trade it.

Don't forget that you'll probably have to change the rear final drive, too.

with the amount of money and time involved in what your talking about, you'd probably save alot of time money by trading it in and getting a manual

get a manual z, i have been looking on craigslist in my area and have found a lot under 9k. it's not that it cannot be done but it will be pretty tough and time consuming especially sourcing parts.

also don't forget clutch lines, and while your at it go steel braided
