Blue350zed did 264 cams and got some more power but lost some responsiveness.

I also did 264/264 cams and true dual and Okada coil packs
And went from 289whp->309whp->315whp and I'm pretty prety happy with that set up. All done on the same Dyno

So you gained 20whp from the cams and true dual and 6whp from the okada coil packs? That's not bad at all, I haven't read about anyone with those coilpacks yet.

$1000 isnt too bad, considering there isn't really that many upgrades you can even do to without spending that or more if you want to to it right.

just did a quick search for HR cams.

$1378.00 for the cams, then if you wanna do valvetrain and that stuff thats more, then theres install and retune which is atleast 800 together.

288 degrees @ .012”
245 degrees @ .050”
11.50mm Valve lift intake and exhaust

They work awesome for now. But I'll give those coilpacks another 5000 miles and then I'll make a review on them.

It sucks there's not an independent test for just the cams.
But still, good gains.

I didn't lose any responsiveness, it just shifted the power band over a bit.

I talked to Adam at Z1 several times before settling on the Tomei 264's. Couldn't be happier with 'em.

That's not what Justin told me

I'm going to get cams after I decided weather or not to go with those FI LTH's or just wait for motordyne's. If I do the wait (for motordyne) then I'll get cams first.

Cannot wait for Motordyne's headers. I need to call Tony and get more info on them. I'm planning on cams, springs, and a retune once they are available.
