Great, clutch action has been fine, no issues, but I have developed a creak noise when pressing down on the clutch pedal. At the same time I can hear something light occurring right where the new slave a master are located when pressing the pedal.Doesnt sound like a transmission issue, more like something between the pedal and the master/slave as all the 'noise' is confined to THAT area on the lower left when in the driver seat.No noise or stuck pedal issues on the way up.
Not really sure what to do at this point, no slips,no actual clutch trouble,I might be able to get it by the shop this week but thats not a definite.Just wondering what the commotion is with the pedal, seems strange because the clutch appears to be working just fine.No leaks found either, however I did notice my clutch fluid is slightly darker then when I got the car back new,and the level is full.
Any ideas out there?

These hr clutch gremlins are tiring man. I'm on a stock Csc setup and I think my pedal may be a bit sticky under hard chAnges and launches. Going to test her out soon and confirm. However, not sure what the solution would be if that is the case. I mean you've done the hd csc, master, slave etc etc and you still have gremlins.

Wierd thing in I hadnt driven the car in the last 14-16 hours,I just ran to the store to get some things, and no creak. Not once on 20 minute round trip.
I am not going to worry about it, the clutch is engaging and releasing with no issue and no pedal sticking , which was my biggest concern.I havent had 1 Nissan manual transmission that didnt have SOME type of nuisance but still was very functional for tens of thousands of miles.
I will still swing by my shop when I work from home one day this week during lunch hopefully.

Sounds like the pushrod in the master cylinder possibly just needing some grease? How's the weather been?
Just got back from some racing. Had at least 3 hard launches and clutch held up fine. Just a slight creek as well when I engage/disengage the clutch. Sounds like where the Csc meets the pressure plate.

Hit the 5000+ miles mark on the clutch and no issues other than that creak coming and going.Almost 100% sure its the pedal, fluid levels are good and no performance issues to report.Pedal doesnt feel any different, not losing fluid,no burning clutch smell, no slipping, and no grinding.
Will update again at 10K.

I am now right about to hit 10K miles on the clutch and I am starting to lose clutch fluid. No leaks under the car, checked the Master and there does appear to be a leak where the rod meets the seal at inside the cabin behind the pedal.Very minimal, but not expected after spending $1475 on a kit that was supposed to eliminate these issues.
I havent had my shop look at it, but my clutch fluid res was topped off and now its right at max.I am checking it daily but after 4.5 months of use I should not be dealing with any issues with my clutch kit.
No slippage, no operation trouble other than the return spring click I get depressing the pedal.
I will have it in my shop by next Thursday.

You might be waiting a bit,my schedule isnt going to allow me to take it into the shop for about another 2 weeks.I drove a bit this weekend, and my commute to work and no fluid under the car,no slips,no mushy pedal so its like there is an issue and there isnt.I know clutch fluid does not 'burn up' and its a closed system so I should not lose fluid.
I am keeping my eye on it, I will update accordingly.Other than this issue, no other complaints..will keep yall updated.

No further level drops, even after some hard driving, its strange because I check the clutch fluid level every few days, and the level seemed to have dropped in one day and just stopped. No other issues to report, will update accordingly.

No further level drops, no complaints in driveability, still monitoring.
Car goes into the shop in no less than two weeks for tune up items and them to check the clutch assembly.

Car went to my shop yesterday for 100K tune up, they found the Willwood Master is leaking as I suspected. Called Joe/ZSpeed and he has graciously sent another master. Will update after getting my Z back.

Finally got all my parts from Courtesy yesterday for the new valve covers (leak at spark plug tubes) and gaskets.Joe had the new Master at my door in three days.Should have my baby back today or tomorrow, have a new amp and sub going in so cant wait to have her back.
Will update after I get the Z back. Thanks to those still following.

Got my Z back about an hour ago, my shop definitely did something, the clutch set up feels tighter if you get my drift.I am guessing they changed up the pedal adjustment quite a bit and it feels outstanding.Took her on a nice little romp and the tune up definitely helped.
Shop states Z is solid for the mileage as I had them do a 40 point inspection and test drive. Told me they could find no trouble with the clutch or its operation, which I agree on.They also said they couldnt get rid of the pedal noise (lubed spring/adjusted pin) but after a 40 minute drive I could get it to do it.Actually felt funny shifting without that little 'click, click'.
Now just have to ship Joe the old Master which i will get into the mail this weekend.Happy overall with the set up, it done its job and despite some issues with upgrade clutch components parts (crap breaks,it happens), the SB clutch and flywheel itself is pretty sweet. Will update again at 30K miles on clutch.

Back a little early than 30K, but have not had any issue with the new master and my clutch pedal.I did notice the placement looked different by the pedal, like my shop did something different. No fluid loss in the last month since replacement and no noise.
Zspeed, I havent forgotten you, will have the old master in the Master in the mail this weekend.
Clutch feels perfect like factory, loving my Z again.
