Default 2007 clutch problems

I push my clutch in turn on the car ... clutch feels normal has full pressure & doesn't stick to the floor!!
Car is in first gear, I let off the clutch & my car doesn't stall it stays running as if the clutch Is being held down ???
I can freely & smoothly shift into gears with no grind even tho Im not pushing the clutch down !?
Anyone have an idea what it is ?/:
here's a link of a video so you can see exactly what im talking about !!!!!

You can usually hear the clutch engage and disengage on cold starts since the engine rpm will fluctuate with clutch engagement. If you can hear it working, I'd check your shift linkages.

Also, the Z uses a 1.25 thread pitch on the shifter, that Honda **** won't fit unless you drill out the old thread and use an insert. If you decide to drill it out and use an insert, make sure the drill bit bottoms out on the inside of the shift ****, otherwise the shift **** won't screw down all the way until it's flush with the larger diameter part of the shift linkage.

Do something about that red wire.
