Default 370z Transmission in 350z HR?

I'm about to drop a grand on a 370z transmission for my 08 350z HR and would like to know if anyone knows for sure that it bolts up. I plan on calling Nissan directly and asking but I figured I'd check here first since it's late and I'm impatient. Is 370z tranny cd009? And i've been informed that the transmission mounts are completely different.... Is that true??

Thanks in advance

Thanks, and I wanted the 370z tranny because I came across one for $800 with less than 1500 miles on it. Thought it was a good deal

sometimes a good deal isn't worth the headache that comes along with it.
