Default Boosted Performance turbo build

Well, the time has finally come....THE DONOR CAR IS HERE!

I have started to put the kit together, and so far so good. The VHR manifold bolts right up to the HR car, which is nice...one less jig to make.

The DE twin scroll down pipe is very close to being bolt on, but I decided to modify it to fit the way it should. The recirc tubes on the wastegates will be from the VHR cars too, so all I am doing is building the two downpipes and this will be good to go.

The IC pipes from turbo to FMIC will be routed different than with the DE and VHR platforms, as anticipated. Not a big deal though...

Couple of pics:

This customer has the Tomei Ti exhaust, so it will be nice and simple.

I have built two sets of pipes now, so one set will stay behind for me to jig up. once that is done, it'll be just a matter of duplicating the sets....something I'v been doing for a long time now.

I'll have a lot more pictures in the next couple of days, as I plan on having the car up and running by Sunday night.

IC pipes all done:

Everything is now done. The strut bar does not fit with these 3" charge pipes, other than that this is a complete kit.

The piping underneath looks amazing and close in some of the pics to the trans housing. I will miss having my strut bar but its been quite a wait for this kit.

I am trying to get that sorted out, so that the strut bar will work with the charge pipes. The couplers that I need just came in a couple of days ago, so the donor car will be coming back.

Also, I'll be in Honolulu for the first week of September, so I can personally deliver the kit to your door

Lol, my wife and I are leaving hawaii to move to washington state to be closer to you. This way I can just ship my car to your door while enjoying a vacation up north.

HR Dyno:

This was a very conservative tune, torque was kept down for longevity reasons. Overall, everything worked out very well. The Innovate LG EBC is not the greatest, so the boost graph is a bit wonky.

I am sure it could, but all tuners have a different definition of "safe". This is very safe, and the owner won't have to worry about the thing blowing up.
